Hi,
We have been trying for some time to request a quota increase for the Google Tag Manager API, but we are experiencing an issue with the quota request process itself.
When we try to increase the GTM API quota, Google directs us to a separate Google Form. We complete the form and submit it successfully, but afterward:
- No quota increase request appears under our pending quota requests.
- We do not receive any indication that the request is being reviewed.
- There is no visible status or tracking for the submitted request.
- This is different from other Google APIs for which we previously requested quota increases, where the request appeared in the Google Cloud Console and we could track its status.
We have tried submitting the form multiple times, and several members of our team have also tried independently, with the same result.
We also opened a support case with Google Cloud, but unfortunately they were unable to determine what is happening or help us move the request forward.
At this point, this is becoming high priority for us, because the current GTM API quota is blocking our production usage and our ability to scale the integration.
Could someone from the Google Tag Manager / API team please help us understand:
- How can we verify that our quota increase requests were actually received?
- Where should a GTM API quota increase request appear after submission?
- Is the Google Form still the correct process for requesting a GTM API quota increase?
- Is there another way to submit or escalate the request if the form submissions are not being processed?
- Can someone help us check the status of our previous submissions?
We can provide our Google Cloud Project ID, GTM account information, quota details, and previous Google Cloud support case ID privately if needed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is currently blocking an important production workflow.
Thank you.
