I have this message when I try to reconnect database from another google account
’You cannot access this data source, authentication domain or connector because the organization that owns it has restricted access from external accounts.’
It was working fine until yesterday and we haven’t made any changes.
First try to logout from your AppSheet account and then after login, see if that still throws this error.
Hi, the same error when I tired to connect database I got ‘Your Google signin has expired. Please sign in again’
This happens with any Google account I try to add, except for the Appsheet account.
Please contact Support for help with this.
If they are additional data sources, it sounds you need to reauth them through My Account > Sources
