Is there anyway to PRINT a quiz with the correct answers and points?
Hi @marilio ,
yes, you can print a Google Form quiz with the correct answers and points. Here’s how you can do it:
-
Open the Google Form: Go to Google Forms and open the quiz you want to print.
-
View Responses: Click on the “Responses” tab at the top of the form.
-
Check “Individual”: Make sure you are viewing individual responses, not summary responses.
-
Review Answers: Review each respondent’s answers to ensure they are correct.
-
Click on “More” (Three dots): On the top right corner of the responses page, click on the three dots (more options).
-
Select “Print all responses”: From the dropdown menu, select “Print all responses”.
-
Choose your printer: Your browser’s print dialog will open. Select your printer or save it as a PDF.
-
Review the print settings: Make sure the correct printer, layout, and other settings are selected.
-
Print: Click on the “Print” button.
This will print out a document with each respondent’s answers along with any points they received based on your answer key. You can then review this document for accuracy and distribute it as needed.
Soory…
I’m on windows 7
Chrome Version 109.0.5414.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
no printable corrections, only the answers.
no points.
no feedbacks
no wrong answers.
only with a chrome extension, (born in 2024!) and for an educational form
is quite incredible!
Buelli Marilio
When printing the individual response all questions with dropdown function does not show the chosen option but all the different options. Spreadsheet is working perfectly, just the printed PDF from individual responses . How do I fix this?
When I print a solved form, I must see.
All the questions and possibile answers.
The right answers (in green?)
The wrong answers (in red?)
The total of the points.
The points given to any answer.
The comments and correctins to the answers.
It will be nice also the possibility to print an empty form as it shows on
preview, or to work with it offline…AI coping is here!
Good work!
Marilio.
I agree, it’s quite unbelievable that there’s no native way of printing the actual individual correct and wrong responses (and no, @MaxImbrox , your method does not give the output you described). I also find quite disappointing that there’s no downloadable key sheet. I input the key to each question but I won’t get any pdf of my work to print out.
I’ve done this job few weeks ago. I find disappointing the fact that the provider change the options so fastly and every time it’s hard to find the right solution…
