I am trying to upgrade my quota limit for Vertex api’s, for the underlying Gemini models, by contacting Google Cloud Sales team since a month.
I am always asked to write a mail to some individuals when i initiate a chat conversation from the web portal.
I did that quite a few times, but so far haven’t got any response. (Checked SPAM as well:))
My dashboard is not allowing me to upgrade asking me to contact Sales Team.
We have already developed a product using Google vertex api’s and want to do a customer pilot asap.
I am at the risk of changing the AI cloud provider at the last moment resulting in critical delays. Any other communication channel with Google Cloud Teams that can help.
Enter the quota value that you want in the New value field, click Done.
To increase your quota value greater than the number indicated on the dialog, select Apply for higher quota.
In the Quota changes form, enter the updated quota value that you want in the New value field. If a Request description field appears, enter a description. Click Done.
If a Next button appears, click Next and fill out your contact details in the screen that follows.
Click Submit request.
For quota adjustment requests that increase your quota value, you might be asked to pay in advance. For example, you might be asked to make a payment if you request more projects that will use paid Google Cloud services. The payment can be applied to any charges you incur in the future and will be visible as a credit in your account.

I had followed the guide. However the console does not allow me to upgrade
and is asking me to contact Customer Care for Google. Customer Care is not
responding.
