Google Cloud Platform - API enable services / Kosovo country it is not in the list?!

So I can not enable for my country. In the user account area it is the option to select Kosovo, so it is on the list of Countries, but not in Google Cloud Platform

Google Cloud Platform works in regions, you can check here 1 your nearest one. At this moment, Kosovo is not a region, but there are some nearby regions like Milan, Zurich and Frankfurt.
