Since the update from 2.61.0 the VM memory utilization made a huge jump !
Trying to disable all activity
sudo nano /etc/google-cloud-ops-agent/config.yaml
metrics: service: pipelines: {} logging: service: pipelines: {}
then sudo systemctl restart google-cloud-ops-agent
Does not change anything.
AI recommendation : 
Immediate Action: Downgrade is Necessary !!!
