Hello. I am based in Kosovo and want to create a dedicated Google Cloud project with active billing to use the paid Gemini API for a small controlled synthetic-data evaluation.
Kosovo does not appear in the Google Cloud signup or billing-country selector. I do not want to select Albania or another country incorrectly.
Could you please confirm:
- Whether a customer with a genuine Kosovo residential and billing address can create a self-service Google Cloud Billing account;
- If yes, which country/region option or official signup process should be used;
- If self-service billing is unavailable, whether Google has an authorized reseller or another approved billing route for customers in Kosovo;
- Whether that route supports paid Gemini Developer API access and ensures that prompts and responses are treated under the Paid Services data terms.
No operational, personal, or confidential data will be used. This is only a small synthetic evaluation with an intended budget of USD 5.
