Google Ads Account selection fro Data Control filter

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue with Looker Studio regarding the selection of Google Ads accounts in a dashboard. When using the Data Control filter, under the section related to the MCC, I only find some of the accounts connected to it, while others are selectable individually outside of this section. With each refresh, the accounts in the MCC section change, making it impossible to select all accounts simultaneously. How can I resolve this?

It sounds like some Google Ads accounts are connected outside the MCC, which is why they show up separately.

Here’s what you can try:

  • Check in Manage added data sources that all accounts are under the MCC.

  • Remove and re-add the MCC connection to refresh it.

  • Make sure you have access to all accounts.
