Following on from this morning’s partial loss of service [in Europe at least] I was thinking that it’s a shame that we don’t get notified of these issues when they occur so that we can notify our clients.
There may be other ways to do this but I’ve now set up an IFTTT action to send me a message (can be to the IFTTT app, or an SMS or email) whenever Appsheet is mentioned in the Workspace Dashboard RSS feed.
Very simple and works well. Hopefully I will now know about any service issues before my clients start complaining!
