SOLVED -Hello, really new to this platform, sorry for the use of it if this is as easy as I think.
I built an html FAQ (did my best, know html, but was never sure about the exact syntax, here is what I have as a sample (I did not declare html to begin, that
is the top line, I got this off the chatgpt recommendation and it cleared it for dialogflow, FWIW.)
<h3>How do I get to Telluride?</h3>
<p>You can fly into Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) and take a shuttle to Telluride, or drive from nearby cities such as Denver or Durango.</p>
<ul>
<li>What's the best way to travel to Telluride?</li>
<li>Are there flights available to Telluride?</li>
<li>How far is Telluride from Denver?</li>
</ul>
Uploaded to cloud storage, connected to Agent, it works but each time both in the simulator and on the front end test it returns these following errors after the correct reply
In the simulator:
the custom payload code is
{
"richContent": [
[
{
"actionLink": "https://storage.cloud.google.com/tellpoc/files/try1.html#:~:text=Is%20Telluride%20wheelchair,go%20to%20Telluride%3F",
"subtitle": "Is Telluride wheelchair accessible? Are there ADA-friendly hotels in Telluride? How easy is it to get around Telluride…",
"type": "info",
"title": "try1",
"metadata": {}
}
]
]
}
On the front end it looks like this:
I tried to find a place to debug it but I don’t know the console well enough, I read it might be a parsing issue and I did choose digital parsing on upload. I cannot find where to try to change that now or if I have to reupload another html version, not sure about that.
I looked for any indication in any route or intent that called for that additional response, but have found nothing that stood out.
Again, sorry if this is simple. I’m in over my head at the moment but it was like that with Unity for a while too. Thanks.
