GCP - failed to export compute engine image

Hi keen people… please I need some help getting an exported backup of my compute engine. Firstly the guides look like they don’t match the UI fully and secondly when we go through the process I get this error:
googleapi: Error 400: ‘projects/MY PROJECT/global/images/MY IMAGE’ is protected with a customer supplied encryption key, but none was provided., resourceIsEncryptedWithCustomerEncryptionKey

Any tips?

Could you pls share the link to the guide that you followed & also some more details about the inconsistencies that you noticed between the guide & the UI?
