in a dashboard I have a “radio” “tv” gallery menu
in a table called “SERVICE” I insert TV and radio data.
I wish that when I select from the radio menu, I only see the data filtered by “radio” and can modify them.

Yes you can! You will have to add another view to the dashboard (likely an Inline View) and make sure that Inlines view’s data relates to that Tv/Radio gallery’s data and set the dashboard to ‘interactive mode’!
