From which view comes the data of a combo that presents information of a reference?

I have defined a ref type relationship with a table (customers), I want to change the field that currently appears but I can not find what view comes from the information that appears there, I have already reviewed the 4 views of customers and modify them and could not find the one that displays the information of this combo.

Any idea how to identify which one it is?

If I got you right, you need to change the label the referenced table. Doing this, you can modify the values that appear on the dropdown list
