Hello,
I am a Free Trial user and I am stuck in a support loop. I need help from the Billing Support team.
- I accidentally activated the Gemini Code Assist Enterprise subscription (which has a long-term commitment until 2025).
- This has caused a charge that is more than my $300 free trial credit.
- I have disabled auto-renewal and disabled billing for the project (PII Removed by Staff), but I need to cancel the existing charge and the subscription commitment.
- The Problem: When I try to contact Billing Support (through the
?icon or support page), the system forces me to “Upgrade to a paid account.” I cannot upgrade, because that might accept the accidental charges.
I am completely blocked from contacting the Billing team.
Can a Google Cloud staff member please help me create a private support case with the Billing team to resolve this accidental charge?
