Forms via AppSheet for my website - free or paid

Hi. I was looking to get signed forms for my clients through my website for free, I couldn’t find a way to add the signature box to Google Forms so I tested it with AppSheet and it works flawlessly. I am just not understanding their pricing guides.

Am I as the owner of the website and person who created the app for my website, considered the only user and qualify for the free plan?

Or would any of my clients who fil out the form through my website considered user as well, meaning that I would need the paid plan?

Hey there,

Are you thinking of adding the app to your website using an iframe?

Also, no other options in the market could help you with this, besides Google Forms?

  • If you’ve got a secure app that requires login: you’ll pay $5/$10/$20 per email address that accesses the app per month
  • If you’ve got a publisher pro app, where people CAN’T login: you pay $50/month/app

Depending on what you’re doing, the type of data you’re collecting, you might be able to get away with the publisher pro app; you can use the same tables in more than one app, so if you have a public app and a private app - it’s like having the best of both worlds. (IE: the Answer Portal app of mine; there’s a public side, and a private side - works really well.)
