I’m having trouble downloading the data. When I request the download using the table (report), the file is being generated without formatting and with the field names as they are in the database, not as formatted in the view.
yeah this is how data is exported/downloaded in looker studio, suppose you are downloading a pivot table data, it will not copy paste the table in the downloaded data, but give you the raw data powering the pivot

In this case, I’m using the Looker platform and not Looker Studio. Is there no way to download the data according to the visualization?
Nope you would need to put the data in a google sheet, pivot it, then do a copy paste
