I have created a form and emailed it to future clients to complete as an intake. They are not in my organization and many do not have a gmail account. It always shows up as restricted and then requests to be an editor. I am not asking them to upload anything. I dont know what I am doing wrong.

I have gone under settings and made sure email is set to do not collect. Limit to 1 response it not on.

I looked through questions to trouble shoot. I dont see an option :

  1. Optional: Under “General access,” you can give access to anyone with a link or to target audiences

I also cannot find under settings:

Restrict to users in [your-company.com] and its trusted organizations.

I dont know if that is the fix, but really need help with this. Thank you

And note that if you capture the email address of the respondent, ask for a file upload, or restrict to only one response, it will require people to log into their Google account.
