Hello, wished I didn’t have cloud, don’t want it, didn’t want it, but automatically gave it.
I keep getting txt’s requesting a form to be filled out to keep my cloud account from being deleted.
Just want find out if this is actually Google requesting this form.

It’s very unlikely that Google is sending you those texts. While they do use texts for account recovery sometimes, they would never ask you to fill out a form to prevent deletion through a text message link. This is likely a phishing scam.
