Form formatting issues

For the past hour or so I have noticed some odd formatting on forms. I don’t think this was caused by any changes I made to my app. Has anyone noticed this as well?

Yes I am having the same issue now.

It’s not just form. Quick edit columns are having the same formatting issue.

Hello, I am curious are these anomalies only impacting the visual look of the forms? Or are you also having usability challenges?

Until now, just impacting the visual look. But for the end user is very important
