Firefox and Chrome don't work

HI,
I have Win XP 2002 SP3 and Chrome 49.02623.112 and Firefox 52.9 that no longer allow me to access the appsheet of my account…
For a while it worked for me now no… It gives me a white screen…

What can I do?

Upgrade your operating system.

It’s not possible… The browsers are updated to the latest version… However, I would like to point out that for a short period of time on this PC and with these browsers I was able… Now I just have a blank page…

consider that you are using both an operating system and browser versions that are no longer supported by a LOT of software developers, financial institutions, medical practices, governments, etc.

I hate to be that guy, but the fact that it worked for a time is trumped by the fact that your OS and browser are severely outdated and no longer supported. Everything works until it doesn’t, and companies cannot support older versions forever.

also, when you said your browsers are updated to the latest version, they are update to the latest version supported by Windows XP, which hit end of life a decade ago.

I thank everyone for the observations made…
But I would like to point out that with the user’s PC I worked with these versions of Broswer, but at a certain point only a blank page is released: so if there is a way to return to work on it, good, otherwise we close this post in negative…
