Fired employee had deleted other admins and left himself as the only admin

Hello,

We have a vindictive ex-employee who had recently been fired and by mistake was left as admin for quite too long. Now he had deleted all admins ( Including the business owner who pays workspace bills and is the owner of the domain).

We need urgent help as the ex employee is refusing to add the owner back as an admin and it looks like there is no way to contact google.

When we tried google recovery then it just says that you have an active domain admin so please contact them.

@centrak take a look at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en&fl=1 and make sure you try the automated recovery. That should then lead to an ability to contact support and you can use the domain ownership to verify access. -KAM
