I have seen others posting about issues with Filters and Variables, but I haven’t seen one specific to the Variable settings when you are creating or editing a Variable yet. I have been running into this issue and have been able to work around it sometimes by creating calculated fields, but it is getting to the point where I can no longer use a calculated field for my Variable setting. I can add an existing filter to my Variable settings, or I can create a new filter in the Variable settings screen. But no matter which way I do it the table view regardless of what Dimensions or Metrics I have added does not change or update. This means that if I add Event name as my Dimension, as an example, and Event count as my Metric I cannot filter the table in Variable settings to a specific Event name. Even if I add a filter it still shows ALL Event names.
