Filter No Longer working - On latest Looker Update

The latest update

  1. The filters all show an invalid signals on the report build page but shows they are valid in the manager filters page

  2. The 1st filter I built a couple of hours ago

Include if Campaign ID Equals 198xyyyzzzz

But replacing the Campaign ID Value with a new Value does not allow me to save

and Show suggested values while typing No longer works
