Filter Issue in Looker Studio: Incorrect Landings Pages Displayed

Hi,

I’m facing an issue with filters in my dashboard, specifically with landing pages not reflecting the correct data when using a “contains” filter.

Situation:

I applied a filter on my landing page table to only show pages where the URL path contains “bouw” (a Dutch term related to construction). Despite this, I’m seeing landing pages that don’t contain “bouw” at all. The filter should restrict the results to only those landings pages with “bouw” in the path, but it appears to be pulling in irrelevant data as well.

Things I’ve checked:

  1. The filter is correctly set to “paginapad bevat bouw” and applied at the visual (chart) level, not globally.
  2. The data source is GA4, and other filters or settings in the report shouldn’t be interfering.
  3. I’ve tried refreshing the data and clearing the cache, but the issue persists.
  4. I’ve checked for trailing slashes, spaces, and special characters in the URL paths—no discrepancies were found.

Question:

Has anyone experienced this issue or know what might be causing Looker Studio to show incorrect data in the landing page table despite the filter being correctly applied? Are there any known limitations or bugs with GA4 data in Looker Studio that could explain this?

Thanks in advance for any insights or suggestions!

Hoi Betawerker,

Have you tried to use “landingspagina” instead of “paginapad” as dimension?
As you are using “landingspagina” in your table.
