Filter for similar text

I am using OCRTEXT to read a key value. I want to filter a view of rows with keys that are similar to that value. It is possible the value OCRed may be a key value but that could be incorrect and I’d like to show a list of similar keys ( a bit like NEAR SIMILAR or LIKE in SQL ). Is there such a beast in AppSheet?
