Field that I do not want to be filtered

Hello!

I have a field that I want it to show the total sum of one column - but, when I filter the dashboard, the filter also applies to this field and I do not want that.

See, I want it to always be updating its information, but only with the total, not appling the filter.

How can I achieve this?
