Fetch temporary Data from Column and insert it into new form

Hello,

Scenario:

Three tables - main data, customers, delivery addresses

New entry:

Form View (table: ‘main data’):

Step 1. When selecting Customer from ref dropdown (table: ‘customers’), a new conditional dropdown field appears with selected customer’s delivery addresses (table: ‘delivery addresses’).

Step 2. Adding new delivery address opens Form View (table: ‘delivery addresses’) where the first value is dropdown menu with Customers again (ref table: ‘customers’).

I need to again select the customer from dropdown, but I would like the app to grab the data which I already selected in previous step.

I tried with initial value, but no luck, as this record is temporary and not saved yet, if I understand correctly.

How could I approach this situation?

Not possible as is. You’d have to save the first record first, then create the new address record, which can lookup the customer with a LOOKUP(MAXROW()) expression.
