Failed to connect to database

Try to add new database to Cloud SQL (Mysql) has returned failed.

But when I try to connect mysql client with macOS, it is okay.

where is not SSL Mode, just using ID and password when it connect

any difference with mysql-client with appsheet test sql connection?

Up to now I’ve experienced the same issues, is there any work around for this matter?

Based on the documentation, indeed it is simply a matter of firewall rule setting, in my case CSF on my WHM. Just add IP as said in the documentation.
