AppSheet PostgreSQL Test Connection fails, but the VPS at 187.77.142.250:5432 receives no TCP SYN packet during the Test action. Host firewall DROP counter for port 5432 remains zero. PostgreSQL is reachable and DBeaver reads public.po in 0.0006 seconds. Please investigate why the AppSheet connection-test job does not initiate an outbound PostgreSQL connection.

Tks for your advice, I’m surely confirm that all things mention in 2 topic that you mention, we had follow strictly but Appsheet app connection still died. This is new error from Appsheet side when they update way of secure VPS cloud connection. At least I saw UI was change.
As we’ve seen in other posts, this looks to be a wider problem. Please contact Support if you haven’t already.
