It would help if you could describe more precisely what you have done.
I assume you are screenshotting this image from the Emulator in the Editor. Regardless, you should still be able to open the Editor and see red error indicators in the app definition - especially at the top of the Editor page. Tapping on that icon should show you a list of error messages and usually has a “Go to Problem” link for each one. Tapping thos links links should take you to the issues the Editor is having and give you the opportunity to correct those problems.
You will need to correct each one in order for the app to become usable again.
If you are not sure what needs to be done to correct the errors you are being presented with, please capture an image of that error and post it here. We’ll help you get it sorted!!

I would guess your spreadsheet is not structured well for AppSheet’s use.
