EXTRACT() expression

I found some new expression under TEXT and LIST.

Can someone explain how to use it?

I can’t explain how to use any of these expressions but I was able to confirm that the expression assistant is showing them to us in the AppSheet editor interface. I couldn’t find any reference to them in documentation, however.
