Extra line in table

I have a filtered table that should only have three rows, but an extra line “NA” is appearing at the top of the table like below. It is not clickable, and goes away if I sort the table. Anybody know what this is, and how to make it not appear?

That “extra line” is the header for that group.
Check your “Group By” config for that view
