It used to export “LABLE” column values when we attempted to export the VIEW to CSV, but due to some changes made recently, now it is exporting “KEY” values for REF type column.
Import/Export actions are un-stable honestly…
Better to watch out, as your app currently behaves differently in terms of exporting data to CSV actions.

Exporting CSV via Bot seems to be working properly with Ref and Enum/enumlist with the base of Ref.
I dont want to waste my time by reporting to the support to get the ticket, which will not get any help.
You misunderstand the point basically.
This is one of the reasons why I do know want to enroute to the support route, which never ever help anything at all sadly.
The exporting CSV is not a action under Automaiton, which is just a create file in terms of CSV file format…
You are compareing the Apple and Orange which are totally different objects.
No, I didn’t misunderstand your point. I just tested is the same bug happening with Bots as well. Which seems to be working fine.
BOT is not engaged in this discussion. My claims is bug in CSV export action. Please forget about automation right here
