I have enabled the billing account and currently activated the free trail with $300 credit. I am trying to setup the Apigee X (eval) and able to successfully enabled APIs, setup the Networking and Apigee evaluation organization. But when I try to setup the Access Routing it gives the Exceeded limit ‘QUOTA_FOR_INSTANCES’ on resource ‘apigee-proxy-asia-east1’. Limit: 8.0 and due to that I am not able to access the API proxy over the internet. Can someone help here?
