Error when configuring okta authentication

Hi guys,

I’m trying to set up the Okta authentication following the documentation .

I use the Customer Identity Cloud instead of Workforce identity cloud. I don’t know which one to choose as I don’t really know okta.

Here are the informations that I have in my okta console after creating the application:

And I left the other fields with the defaults values

Then I pasted the same client ID, domain and client secret in the AppSheet’s configuration page.

But I got this error when I’m trying to connect to my app:

I need some help to figure out the problem here.

Yes I followed the doc. But since the beginning I’m not sure if I was in the correct okta console.

In fact, when I click on the okta console link on the appsheet’s doc, I have to sign-up then sign-in once.

It opens this page:

If I choose Customer Identity Cloud, I need to sign-up again (with my google account in my case).

Then I followed the instructions in the appsheet documentation.

In the 2nd step, which one should I take ?

Any solution here? I have the same problem. Its difficult to navgiate okta and appsheet requirements unfortunately.
