Error - Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed. You can update your plan on the account page.

I have tried to solve the above problem, even cheked everything that plan update is not needed as per my current use. Previously i had deployed and now i have made it to return to prototype. Please let me know how to resolve the error.
