Error retrieving file: AppTemplate 'RentCarInspection-940985522' not found.

I create automation in my AppSheet to create PDF files and send me a link to access files from other platforms.

I’ve checked the process they created the PDF file in Drive and no errors in the menu “Test” on the automation page. And successfully sent the link but when I click to view the file it shows me this.
