Error parsing time values in AppSheet when the system's website language is set to English (India)

We have users from India who are encountering this error, particularly when opening the app. This occurs when their website language is set to English (India).

Error:Unable to fetch app definition. The input string ‘07-06-2024 8:20:00 pm’ was not in a correct format.

Thank you for the update.

May we know if you are reporting it as a bug as a general AppSheet app creator or are you informing all the India based AppSheet users to be aware of this issue.

Also if you are alerting users as an issue, may we know if you are suggesting any workaround and also turnaround time for this error elimination.

Hi, thank you for replying to my post.

I’m reporting this as a bug from a general AppSheet app creator’s perspective, since it’s causing an error for our users when they open the app. I’m hoping to check if anyone has already encountered or resolved this kind of error, to help us fix this bug.

We do have a workaround for this bug, which involves changing the website language to English (US) in the system preferences. However, this workaround only works on Chromebook devices.
