Error Message with Google Calendar / App won't Update/Sync

I am getting the error below and cannot update my app.

Unable to add/edit/delete row in table ‘Garden Tasks’. → Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError
resource has been deleted [410]
Errors [Message[Resource has been deleted] Location[ - ] Reason[deleted] Domain[global]]

This seems to have resolved itself after a few hours online, but not on my phone. I will delete and reinstall the app and it should be fine at that point.
