Error: Local changes are more than 90 days old and cannot be synced.

I’m experiencing this issue:
Error: “Local changes are more than 90 days old and cannot be synced.”


I switched the app to Recovery Mode, but none of the data was updated or written to Google Sheets.

How can I resolve this and ensure the lost data gets saved?
