Transferium application to another account of mine and gave this error.
I have already transferred all the files to the other account.
If you transferred ownership to another account, you will not be able to run that app as the App Creator any longer. Your email will now be subjected to the login configuration as established in that other account.
If there is a white-listed set of users, your email address will need to be added to the app and configured just like any other user. App Creators are automatically added to that list but your email would have been removed once the transfer took place.

What is the app configuration settings for login?
What device are you trying to login from?
