We are trying to get our app published in the app store and it works when we require a login on the homepage but if we make it open to the public I get an error "The NewApp-940833-19-05-15 app did not load successfully. Please contact the app creator. Unable to fetch app definition. App ‘d2eb2d94-df64-4969-be45-4c8685e1aece’ is not runnable — please contact the app creator.

I talked with Billy Sheng and he said I should try posting it here to get help

Have you opened the app in the editor after this error message? Have you changed the subscription plan as well?
