Employee Unable to Sign In to Appsheet

Most of our employees have company emails that are managed through Microsoft; therefore, our employees sign in on Appsheet using our company Microsoft account.

I have an employee who recently got a new phone. When he tried to sign in, he was prompted to down load Microsoft’s authentication app. He followed the prompt and downloaded the app; however, after pairing the apps, he is unable to access the next page. It keeps recycling.

Any suggestions?
