We are currently facing a major issue where our automated email notifications, set to the ‘embedded app view’ type, are showing a blank body. This problem suddenly started yesterday and affects several of our applications.
While changing the type to a ‘custom template’ fixes the body, it disrupts the user experience. The primary goal of using the embedded view is to provide a direct, convenient link to the app content in the email.
Does anyone know the cause of the missing email body in embedded views, and what is the most reliable way to restore this functionality while preserving the in-email link? Thank you for any help.

I tried with an automated e-mail and I was unable to replicate the issue. I will continue researching and get back to you.
