Beginning this morning, an app that’s been deployed and working fine for months is suddenly sending emails with some fields blank. I don’t see anything wrong with the data. Seems like a a new bug to me. The emails are sent by a bot and address and phone. They happen to be the only fields designated as pii. I’ve removed that flag and hopefully that helps, but seems like someone at appsheet twisted a knob they shouldn’t have.

The moral of the story here is this: when your client tells you that they didn’t do it any differently today from all the other days, don’t believe them. My client found a new path to accomplishing a goal - one I hadn’t adequately prepared for. Fixed.
