Email report - Inline image too small to be readable

A consulting firm built some dashboards for our organization.

The reports that can be scheduled to be sent via email arrive in the inbox with a custom message above an image of the dashboard screens. A PDF of the report is attached and there’s a link to the live report.

The issue is that the inline images of the dashboards are too small to be easily legible, making their inclusion relatively pointless. I don’t want to rebuild all of the dashboards to include less information per page, I’d just like larger inline images to be sent, so that they are more informative to the recipient.

Is there any way to adjust the format of what’s getting sent via a scheduled send?

Good question, and nice username!

I don’t think there’s any way to configure those inline images. As you mentioned, trimming the dashboard itself might make the images more readable? But for the most part, they’ll serve as an indicator of the type of charts the user can expect to see in the PDF, rather than a way to consume data in the email directly.
