Eliminar 1 registro en dos tablas diferentes con 1 acción

Buenos días,

He creado una automatización, al eliminar 1 registro de una tabla, este registro se copia en otra tabla. Hasta ahí bien, lo que me gustaría conseguir es que con está acción se eliminara otro registro adicional de otra tabla. Es decir eliminar 2 registros con una acción.

Estos registros, siempre están ubicados en la misma posición en sus respectivas tablas.

1 BOTÓN QUE DESENCADENA LA ACCIÓN (sombrado en amarillo)
