Edge-UI password reset after upgrade

Hi,

We recently upgrade our edge platform from 4.17.09 to 4.18.01. After upgrade most of Edge-UI users are not able login. For logging, they had to reset password, and then only with new credentials they are able to login.

Did anyone else faced such issue ?

Does anyone know root cause of this ?

How this can be prevented ?

I’m also facing this issue in 4.18.x version. Our org users forgot password not sending password reset e-mail /link

Seems any config tamper issue after upgrade or SMTP connectivity issue, I suppose
