EDGE change from email address

Hello,

For private cloud isntallations how can we change the from email address? Currently they are coming from: enterprise@apigee.com and we would like to change this

For internal use SMTP info was not specified

#SMTPUSER=smtp@example.com
#SMTPPASSWORD=smtppwd
