Dynamic Email Quota Issue

Hello there,

I’m working on an app for case management for a large non profit organization, we have hundreds of users, we use dynamic emails as part of a key approval workflow in the app

After getting this error, we reached out to support to ask for a quota increase

According to this help article (as well as the screenshot above), the dynamic email quota can be increased by requesting it

So I reached out to appsheet support, after some time explaining the issue, I was referred to a different support team

After about 2 hours talking with this new support team we were told the case had to be taken offline and that we would be updated, one day later, we got this response:

“For automated mail delivery via Apps Script or AppSheet, there is a strict system limit of 50 emails per day. Please note that this is a hard cap built into the platform’s architecture, which means we are unfortunately unable to increase or bypass this limit for your account. I checked with our team regarding the dynamic email limits for Apps Script and AppSheet. Currently, the system is working as intended, but there is a hard ceiling of 50 dynamic emails per day. Because this is a fixed platform constraint, we unfortunately do not have the ability to raise this limit.”

So in summary, there are multiple mentions of the possibility of raising the dynamic email quota, but after hours of talking with their support team, providing proof, explaining use cases, etc. it turns out there’s NO WAY to change it?

Has anyone managed to get their request approved? or is this just a trap for wasting people’s time?

@Jose_Arteaga @Shourya_Tomar , can you address this?

Thanks @Steve,
